By accessing or using the phww platform in any capacity — whether as a registered player, a visitor browsing the site, or a participant in any phww promotion — you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the phww platform and, if applicable, close your account. Continued use of phww following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

phww reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.

To register and maintain an account on phww, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as prescribed under applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other legal structures may not register as players.
• You must be physically located within a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful at the time of play.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by phww or any recognized Philippine gaming authority.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of phww or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Philippine government-issued identification document. phww conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts prior to the processing of any withdrawal. Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) active account on phww at any time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
• Ensuring that no third party accesses your account or places wagers on your behalf.
• Keeping your registered contact details, including your email address and mobile number, accurate and up to date.
• Notifying phww immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

phww will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any wagers placed through your account — regardless of who placed them — are your responsibility and will be treated as valid transactions.

phww supports a range of Philippine-friendly payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Deposits are generally credited to your phww account instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment provider.
• phww does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• All deposited funds must be used for gaming purposes. phww is not a financial institution and your account is not a bank account.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are only available to players who have completed full KYC verification.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated on the phww payments page. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within 15 minutes of approval for verified accounts.
• phww reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where fraud is suspected.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your account dashboard.

phww offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages by game type are listed in the promotion terms. Live casino games and certain slots may contribute at a reduced rate.

phww's promotional offers are intended for recreational players. Any player who phww determines is exploiting promotions in a systematic or professional manner may have their bonus eligibility restricted or removed entirely.

All games available on phww are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms & Conditions, the individual game rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics, and these Terms shall prevail with respect to account, payment, and conduct matters.

• phww uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
• Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the rules displayed within the live game interface.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, phww reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account.
• phww's decision on all game outcomes, disputes, and technical issues is final and binding, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described in Section 13.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection before placing wagers. phww is not liable for losses resulting from disconnection during a game round.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on phww and constitute a material breach of this Agreement:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with phww games or systems.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such exploit must be reported to phww immediately; failure to do so and exploitation of the bug constitutes a breach.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or criminal activity through the phww platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with phww's software or systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phww staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or to disguise your true location.

All content on the phww platform — including but not limited to the phww brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of phww or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phww platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any phww content without prior written consent.
• Use the phww brand, logo, or any associated trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation.
• Create derivative works based on phww's platform, games, or content.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the phww platform.

Any unauthorized use of phww's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved by phww.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phww, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the phww platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling outcomes.
• Technical failures, server downtime, or interruptions to the platform.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers such as GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank.
• Any reliance on information published on the phww platform.

phww's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this Agreement shall limit phww's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

phww is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to players seriously. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from your account settings.
• Session Time Limits: Configure alerts and automatic logouts after a specified period of play.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from phww at any time by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen reminders of how long you have been playing and how much you have wagered.

phww reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider.
• Determination that you are ineligible to hold an account (e.g., under 21, self-excluded, or located in a restricted jurisdiction).
• Extended inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant account policies, including any applicable inactivity fees, are communicated separately.

Upon closure of your account for reasons other than a breach of this Agreement, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and deduction of any applicable fees.

You may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting phww support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

phww operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Any regulatory matters relating to the operation of phww fall within the jurisdiction of the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority.

Any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties.
